Delegate Young moves to amend Com Sub for Com Sub for SB474 0n pages 13 and 14, section 5, lines 30-32 following the words  “must be committed to” by striking out the words “the principle that debate or deliberation may not be suppressed because the ideas put forth are thought by some or even by most members of the university community to be offensive, unwise, immoral, or misguided” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “free, robust, and uninhibited debate,”.
